You know, for someone who thinks Lost jumped the shark way back in 2005 and isn't shy about saying so, John Podhoretz is an awfully faithful viewer.

"Lost" is Lucy with the football, and I -- in this as in so many other aspects of life -- am Charlie Brown.
JPod's assertions aside, Lost continues to demonstrate that it is the most intelligent fiction on network TV. Yes, it demands patience, but if anyone has been paying *any* attention, the information spigot has been left on for the last 6-8 episodes, as one person put it. But now that we're getting answers, the Charlie Brown's of the world switch their complaints to something else.
C'est la vie.

I had the exact same thought when I read the 953rd installment of Podhoretz's LOST-bashing. His claims that LOST has jumped the shark have jumped the shark.
