No, Newt, don't do it! Don't endorse Fred Thompson - or at the very least, don't endorse him yet! Play hard to get! Demand the Vice-Presidential nod as the price of your support, and get it in writing! Keep flirting with jumping into the race! Look at the polls - even with Thompson in the mix, "none of the above" is still in the lead! This might be your hour after all!

Above all, ask yourself - What Would Charles De Gaulle Do? He wouldn't endorse Fred Thompson, that's for damn sure.

I have a really neat idea. Thompson should ask Gingrich to decide who his running mate should be. Then... one can only wonder who Newt would choose...

Why settle for Newt Gingrich as part of the ticket? Go all out and root for the ticket that really represents what Republicans stand for these days.

Am I the only liberal (no not progressive) who thinks Newt is not a bad choice. If my final choice is between Newt and Hillary, I would gladly vote for him. Not Thompson though.
