I just saw your discussion of the Beauchamp/TNR controversy on Blogginheads, and I have to tell you that what you said reflects a near total lack of understanding of the facts of the whole issue. If TNR survives this episode, then there truly is no room left in publishing for a fact-based approach to journalism. The mantra that spewed from the Rather/Texas Air National Guard story of several years ago, namely, "fake but accurate in spirit" just cannot be permitted to thrive in the real news business. 
what does the last comment have to do with the content of the post, aside from possibly an unstated matt "touched by an anal" sanchez angle? seriously, grow up people.

What this Brett is saying is completely in agreement with the position taken by every Republican candidate for president, as far as I know. They all say sexual orientation is a choice and that gays can be "cured" by exposure (hopefully not of the indecent sort) to Jesus, do they not? Correct me if I'm wrong.
