As Michael Linton writes, it's not as strange as it sounds (to me, at least). But it's still strange.

Starbucks selling coffee to Arabs reminds me of the Sopranos episode in which Paulie Walnuts steals the espresso maker from the Starbucks to assuage his humiliation at their stealing Italian cafe culture.
