Matt and I discuss the great issues of the day, as well as Joe Biden's chances of winning the Democratic nomination.

While I'm sure I'd be interested in what both of you discuss and have to say, there is no way I am going to spend an hour listening to what I could read in minutes. There's also no indication of what topics are discussed at what points in the video. Even if I was willing to spend a few minutes listening to the discussion of Joe Biden, I'm not about to waste more of my time trying to find out at what point that discussion begins. So: chapters or transcripts. Surely there's some poor intern at the Atlantic you can foist this off onto.

It's always a pleasure to watch you on Bloggingheads, Ross, but could you please find somebody else to "spar" with?
I know it's not his fault, but Matt has a pretty annoying, high pitched voice.
What IS his fault is his incredibly rude behavior in most videos. When you're speaking he's NEVER looking at you, either down scribbling at his papers or AROUND everywhere but the camera. Am I the only one who finds it rude not to look someone in the eyes when they're speaking to you, especially in a one-on-one conversation?
When you start speaking for too long he gets increasingly agitated until he can't take it anymore, cuts in with a screech that should be in the ultrasound, and begins babbling about whatever has been on his mind, and it's not always something related to what you were talking about.
And finally, you two never engage the issues. It's possible to have a reasonable, civilized debate on Bloggingheads about ISSUES, instead of about Presidential Politics.
I don't mean to flame Matt. I think he's a terribly smart commentator and I have great respect for him. But watching him in Bloggingheads gives me headaches.
