The Fair Tax plan is the height of insanity - an idea which would require the most massive government structure in human history to implement while at the same time beckoning in an explosion of underground criminal activity. If McCain is stupid enough to think there's merit in the plan he's as dumb as Huckabee.
And that's pretty fucking dumb.
The simple answer is the McCain/Huck lovefest left over from Iowa and New Hampshire.
I'm sure McCain told him the question in advance and in return Huck lavished praise on McCain for his stamina when asked if the old man was, in fact, too old.
Expect Huck as a VP for McCain, if this duo can make it.
