Jim Geraghty notes that Obama's long-running edge over Hillary in head-to-head matchups with John McCain seems to be evaporating.

That, even more than Pennsylvania, is the point of the Clinton outrages, most recently the Ferraro episode.

They want to remove this edge that Obama has over them.

And should he still get the nomination, then they will work behind the scenes to ensure his defeat, with the thought that she can come back four years from now.
